Directed development and operations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Lithuania, with responsibility for architecture, budget and resource allocation. The product joined publishing and e-commerce for clients across the Nordics.
- Took a Magento CMS platform from initial scoping through development and launch to maintenance.
- Integrated content, social media and store into one shopping experience, driven by owner convenience, search ranking and user experience.
- Built automation, monitoring and tooling to lower maintenance costs and improve security.
- Researched competitors and positioned the platform in sales and marketing material.
- Advised Nordic e-commerce operators on getting more from campaigns and content.
- Created sales plans and materials for the sales team.
- Set up a product risk and compliance framework covering GDPR requirements and security threats.
