Worked with design as product manager, on what the customer experiences from end to end, and as frontend architect, on the interfaces themselves.

• Shaped a product around what its users and owners needed, as when content, social media and store became one shopping experience.
• Based design on research and testing, taking an interface from user interviews and wireframes through usability tests to a finished frontend.
• Designed for the device in the user’s hand, as with a checkout flow for mobile users.
• Worked design out with the people who use it, as when a news site’s navigation was reworked in workshops with journalists.
