Handled employment matters, supplier agreements and premises for the Danish subsidiary, and sat on the Danish steering group. Reported to the Swedish parent on local market conditions and wage development.
- Integrated an acquired company’s staff, assets and contracts into the Danish business.
- Drafted the employment contracts, onboarded the incoming employees and set up payroll and reporting.
- Implemented the statutory health and safety procedures.
