Led frontend architecture for e-commerce clients using IBM WebSphere Commerce, with a development team in India.
Worked on the storefronts of several e-commerce clients, between the clients, the Danish developers and the developers in India.
- Managed the development team in India delivering frontend improvements for several clients.
- Ran workshops where clients and development teams agreed on scope and technical solutions.
- Designed and built a new frontend layer for the commerce platform, to make pages load faster.
- Automated the frontend builds, and documented page-speed practice for use on later projects.
