Volunteered at Red Cross Youth’s annual holiday camp for children with disabilities and other support needs.
Helped with a week-long summer camp for several dozen children facing physical, psychological, economic or social challenges, from preparing the programme to the work after the camp.
- Helped plan and deliver the annual camp, from programme preparation through the week’s activities.
- Designed and ran activities that children could join regardless of disability.
- Supported newer volunteers in responding to children’s needs and calming conflicts.
