I focus on how technology can be used, how it supports business needs, and how people and machines work best together. I am curious about how we best set the frame and direction for organizations, people and strategy in a changing world.

I try to earn the trust that a successful collaboration depends on, one built on aligned expectations, openness and psychological safety.

My experience spans development, product, business and people management. I hold a BA in Computer Sciences and an Executive MBA. Among other things, I have run Visma Digital Commerce A/S, built SaaS solutions, driven strategy and advised companies.

My ambition is to work meaningfully with the opportunities new technology gives us. I thrive on challenges and am curious about where technology, society and business are heading.
